Optional culture- and occasion-related information is selected by you and may be removed at any time.

Product reviews
When you submit a link, notes, or an optional photo, ModestClear compares clothing details you confirm against preferences you choose.
When information is incomplete, results may indicate uncertainty rather than certainty.
ModestClear is not designed to produce decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on individuals.

Storage and transfers
Information may be processed in countries where Bacenik LLC or its service providers operate.

No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. Operational logging is limited to what is reasonably necessary for security, reliability, support, and auditing. ModestClear is not designed for continuous behavioral surveillance or passive personal tracking.

Material updates will include an effective date.
Where law requires additional consent, it will be obtained before the change takes effect.
